Little Cutie!

This is actually Avery's first day of preschool and I forgot to post it! She goes twice a week for 2 hrs to a neighbor of ours that has a cute little preschool setup in her basement. She seems to love it so far and so do I!

We had a fun day at the zoo with our neighbors who have little kids around the same age. Avery loved it and was so excited to be there. She kept running away from me trying to hurry and see everything. She tries to be Ms. Independent and it makes me crazy! It was still really fun though!

The Healing Field

On the anniversary of 911, Sandy city puts up rows of flags up and down a huge field to remember those who lost their lives that day. You can't help but get a little choked up when seeing the flags and remembering that day!

My sister and Brandon had their reception in my parents backyard in Alpine last night. It was so much fun! Everything turned out great! Avery looked so cute in her flower girl dress for about a 1/2 an hr. till she spilled ice cream down the front of her! They had subzero ice cream making the ice cream at the reception with liquid nitrogen along with some other yummy food. Sarah and Brandon also decided to have a cupcake stand for their cake instead of a traditional cake and it turned out really cute! As fun as it was, I know my parents are glad it's over! Congrats to Sarah and Brandon!

My little sister got married in the Newport Beach, Ca. Temple on Fri. 8/29! It's been a fun week seeing her go through the temple for the first time and then being sealed to Brandon! She looked amazing! I love her so much and I'm so happy for them! She married a great guy and I know he will take good care of her! More and better pics to come from the photographer soon! They got some really neat pics at the temple and at the beach.

I went to Newport Beach with my family for Sarah and Brandon's sealing. We had a lot of fun and it went by way too fast! It was just a quick 2 day trip and I wish it was longer! We got there early Thur. morning and spent the day at the beach, did a little shopping, and just had fun. I'm ready to pack up and move, if only it wasn't SOOO expensive to live there!

My cute little (not so little any more) cousin, Leah was sealed in the Manti temple on Fri. 08/08/08. She looked so beautiful! They had a reception in Alpine that night and it was so much fun! The house they had it at was amazing! There was a full on playground for the kids, play house with electricity, and of course the landscaping and home was beautiful! Avery had so much fun playing on the playground, dancing, eating, and she loved the sparklers at the end of the reception! Congratulations Leah and Aaron Cox! We are so happy for you guys!
